About Us

Jeanine Steyn

I qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of the Witswatersrand in 2017.

I then completed my community service year at Bertha Gxowa Hospital, where I worked with both adults and children. I gained knowledge and clinical skills working with conditions such as stroke, hand injuries, developmental delay, Autism spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome and Cerebral Palsy.

I started working in the private practice field early 2019 at an established paediatric practice. I then joined Jeanine Steyn’s practice in 2020 to continue working in the paediatric field that I am so passionate about. I have always had a love for helping and working with children and am passionate about early intervention. Through my work experience so far, I have gained an interest in Sensory Integration.

Shelby Nassif

I qualified with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2017.

I then went on to do my community service year at South Rand Hospital in 2018. During this year, I grew extensively as an Occupational Therapist and gained a great deal of experience and knowledge in the fields of paediatrics and adult neurological, spinal and hands rehabilitation.

In 2019, I joined Jeanine Steyn’s private practice. Here, I am following my passion for working with children.
